OUR STORY
A Message from Pastor Jeff Graves...
I can remember it so clearly. It was a fall morning - October 19, 2014 at 10am to be exact - when we held our first weekly service as a church at the Nathan Hale Arts Magnet School in New London. Our hearts were full of faith and anticipation, knowing that even before the people showed up that day, God had great plans for Church ONEighty.
Step by step we’ve seen God’s hand and favor upon our church. From being able to meet in the school for three years when we were initially denied multiple times, to purchasing the building we worship in today within only a year of signing a lease. More importantly, many people have been impacted and touched by the love and power of God! Lives continue to be changed for the glory of God...it’s been an exciting journey that still has only just begun.
Today, I am still full of faith and anticipation as I truly believe that we are on the verge of a great move of God here in New London, CT. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that we are going to see a great harvest of souls as God manifests His power and presence in our community!!
As a church, God has given us a mission, a vision, and a plan...and He has given you and I a purpose in fulfilling them.
