MEET OUR PASTORS AND LEADERS

PASTOR JEFF GRAVES

FOUNDER/LEAD PASTOR

Pastor Jeff is the passionate, dedicated, and fearless leader of Church ONEighty. With a heart for revival and a no-compromise approach to preaching the Word of God, he is committed to seeing lives truly transformed by the power of Jesus Christ. His ministry focuses on reaching families, equipping believers, and igniting a fire for evangelism, prayer, and the move of the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ. Pastor Jeff holds his ministry credentials with the Assemblies of God, and studied at Global University - Berean School of the Bible and the Southern New England Ministry Network School of Ministry, equipping him with a strong biblical foundation and a deep passion for sound doctrine. With years of experience in both ministry and business, he brings a unique, real-world perspective to leadership, making the Gospel relevant and powerful for everyday life. His preaching is bold, faith-filled, and centered on God’s promises. Whether he’s delivering a Sunday sermon, mentoring young believers, or leading outreach efforts in the community, his mission remains the same: to see people saved, discipled, and empowered to walk in victory. When he’s not ministering, you can find him spending time with his family - ideally around a campfire or fishing with his kids, where he spends more time fixing and setting up all of their poles than he does actually fishing. Along with his wife Danielle, he is actively involved with homeschooling their four kids and training them to whole-heartedly serve the Lord with integrity and purity of heart. More than anything, Pastor Jeff desires to see a generation rise up that refuses to settle for cultural Christianity but instead pursues the full power of God.

DANIELLE GRAVES

CO-FOUNDER/KIDS' MINISTRIES DIRECTOR

As Pastor Jeff's wife, Danielle has been an integral part of the founding and development of Church ONEighty, sharing her husband’s vision and passion to see lives transformed for the glory of God through their ministry. From her college years when she began seeking the Lord and serving Him whole-heartedly, Danielle has fervently and unapologetically lived for Christ despite the ungodly influences in the world around her. She became part of the leadership team of the Christian Fellowship group on her college campus at Eastern CT State University, where she graduated with a dual degree in English and Early Childhood Education. She went on to pioneer and develop a Christian preschool and childcare center through the ministry of her local church in Willimantic, CT, where she served as director from 2007 to 2012. Danielle was blessed to be faithfully discipled in a solid, healthy local church for nine years before meeting her husband, where she was unknowingly being prepared for her vital role alongside him in ministry today. She graduated from her church's Bible Training Center where she went on to teach classes, and has experience in virtually every area of ministry (with the exception of anything music or sound related, as she has zero giftings in this area, lol). She has led children’s, youth, and young adult ministries as well as hospitality, greeting, and ushering ministries, and now serves with her husband in various administrative and pastoral roles, including the launching and initial leading of the C180 Youth Ministry. Currently, one of her primary roles in the church is leading and developing a vibrant children’s ministry. In addition to her work with C180, Danielle enjoys the opportunity to homeschool her four children and include them in the adventures of ministry.
